Our Click and Collect sevice is quick, simple and easy to use and gives you our fastest branch experience. No queuing, no waiting, no searching for products in store - your goods will be picked and ready, waiting for your arrival.

Select a branch

Simply select the branch you would like to collect from and place your order online. Our real time stock availability checker should advise if the stock you require is readily available at your chosen branch and if not you can always check stock at another branch close by if you need the goods straight away.

Wait for confirmation

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email with your order number along with details and instructions on what to do next. Please do not go to your chosen branch until you receive the text and or email advising that your order is ready for collection.

We'll get your order ready

Our expert team will pick and collate your goods together in the designated branch collection areas to ensure there is no delay when you arrive in branch.

What to do when you come to the store

When you arrive in the branch, please make your way directly to our Click & Collect counter. Please ensure that you bring with you the payment card used to place the order online along with your photo ID. Our Collections team will check your ID and release your order for collection. If you have only ordered smaller items, these will be stored within our pre-picked collections area and handed over to you at the Collection Point. If you have ordered larger items, you will be directed to your collection bay in the yard in your vehicle where one of our yard staff will be waiting to load your order onto your vehicle. We offer a van loading service but understand that you may wish to assist, check items or require us to load goods in a specific order. Providing it is safe to do so our team will do their best to facilitate such requests.

How long you've got to collect your order

We allow 48 working hours for collection. If goods are not collected by 4pm on the third working day (ie. orders placed on a Monday need to be collected by 4pm Wednesday) the order will be cancelled. For credit account customers we operate a 3 strike policy for failed collections before the service is removed from your account, this is due to the time and cost involved in picking and unpicking orders. For cash customers, the payment will be refunded back to your card used for payment. 

Need to make a change to your collection order?

No changes can be made to Click & Collect orders once placed. You can either create a new additional order online if you have forgotten to add something to your original order or you can purchase the item(s) separately in store.
