All our routes are carefully planned and operated by our own fleet of vehicles meaning we should never be late. However, if in the unlikely event we do run late we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the delay so you are kept up to date. If as a result of delay you wish to cancel your order, you can do so and receive a full refund, including any delivery charges. Please note a delivery is only considered late if the vehicle arrives after the end of the chosen delivery slot.
