We allow 48 working hours for collection. If goods are not collected by 4pm on the third working day (ie. orders placed on a Monday need to be collected by 4pm Wednesday) the order will be cancelled. For credit account customers, we operate a 3 strike policy for failed collections before the service is removed from your account, this is due to the time and cost involved in picking and unpicking orders. For cash customers, the payment will be refunded back to your card used for payment.
