Click and Collect FAQs

Yes. If you're short on time or want to order ahead, you can take advantage of our Click and Collect service. Simply place your Click and Collect order online, once your order is ready to collect, you will receive a SMS and/or email notification to inform you that your goods are ready to collect.
Chip and Pin verification is required for all branch collections, so the payment card must be present. If the payment card is not present we can accept an alternative payment method such as cash or a different card. The pre-authorisation from the original card will be released and the original card will not be charged.
We’ll hold your order at the relevant branch until 4pm on the third working day (ie. orders placed on a Monday need to be collected by 4pm Wednesday), after which we’ll cancel the order and return the goods back to stock. For credit account customers, we operate a 3 strike policy for failed collections before the service is removed from your account, this is due to the time and cost involved in picking and unpicking orders. For cash customers, the payment will be refunded back to the card used for payment.
Please go to the clearly signed Click and Collect desk within the store once you arrive and a member of the team will be there to assist you. Please ensure you have order confirmation email, the card used for payment and photo ID with you. Once these have been checked your approved collection note will be issued. If you have ordered smaller items, these will be handed over to you at the collection desk. Larger items will be held in external collection bays in the yard to which you will be directed in your vehicle where a friendly member of the yard team will load the goods directly in to your vehicle.
To collect your order, you will require your order number, the card you used to place the order and a form of photographic I.D.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel orders and we endeavor to process them as quickly as possible. If you no longer require a Click and Collect order please make us aware of your wish to cancel it as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to contact Tippers in order to arrange a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.
Unfortunately we can not make any changes to Click & Collect orders. If you wish to add to your order you will need to either place a new click & Collect order online or purchase the additional items separately once in store. If you wish to change items in your order you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order.
Once you have placed your order, it will be passed onto your selected branch who will pick your order. Once your order is ready to collect, you will recieve a SMS notification and email. Do not attempt to collect your items until you have received confirmation.
