Setcrete Universal Floor Levelling Compound is for use in light traffic internal areas prior to the installation of a floorcovering. Setcrete Universal is suitable for use over a wide range of absorbent subfloor types including sand/cement screed and concrete. It is also suitable for use over non-absorbent subfloors such as ceramics, granolithic, terrazzo and quarry tiles, providing they are sound, well adhered and suitably prepared. Floors should be primed prior to using Setcrete Universal to ensure good adhesion between levelling compound and substrate and to give a higher quality finish, preventing pinholing and rapid drying of the levelling compound.
