Setcrete High Performance is a fibre reinforced, flexible, fast drying floor levelling compound for use over plywood subfloors as well as concrete and sand/cement screeds. It is also suitable for use over non-absorbent subfloors such as granolithic, terrazzo, epoxy and polyurethane resins, ceramic and quarry tiles. The versatility of the product allows for application between 2-10mm on plywood and up to 15mm on concrete. It can be used with underfloor heating and is an ideal choice for most internal floor levelling applications. Floors should be primed prior to using Setcrete Latex to ensure good adhesion between levelling compound and substrate and to give a higher quality finish, preventing pinholing and rapid drying of the levelling compound.
