The Precast House Inspection Chamber allows for aeration/ventilation and has a frame and lid to place straight on top of the unit. Compared to a brick built chamber, the House Inspection Chamber is quick and easy to install and once installed, allows for easy access. The House Inspection Chamber has a tongue and groove joint and can be sealed with a sand and cement mortar or bitumen sealant.
