How Our Virtual Appointment Service Works
1 – Book A Free Virtual Design Consultation
Please fill out the form on the left and one of our members of staff will be in touch to book you in for a virtual appointment at a time that suits you.
2 – Gather The Measurements
The next step is to gather the measurements of the room. Your designer will talk you through this so that they can start creating your dream. This is also a great time to send over any ideas or specific requirements you may have.
3 – The Appointment
Once the measurements have been sent over we can begin to bring your dream room to life using computer-aided design (CAD) software. During the appointment, your designer will go through the CAD design and you can make any changes or additions.
4 – Delivery
Once you are happy with the room design it can be finalised and ordered. Many aspects of your project will be unique to you and will be made to order, giving you a totally personalised room.
5 – Fitting
If you have your own installer we can offer a ‘supply only’ service for your project. We can also offer an approved installation service from trained professionals if required, the best option for you can be discussed during your consultation.
6 – Guarantee
Upon completion of your project, it is important to us that things continue to run smoothly. For your peace of mind, all of our products and services come with a minimum 2-year guarantee as standard, with the majority of manufacturers offering several years extra guarantee on top of this.
