We are now open to the general public as well as trade. We have set up a call & collect service. You can also use this form to order.
Please phone/email your order through to us, we will then ask for you to confirm this order via email as well as asking for a none refundable deposit of £20 or the amount of the order.
Once confirmed, you will be given a time slot to come and collect your order. On arrival to the branch, you will be given an allocated bay to park in. If you are paying by card, you will need to do so before being allocated to a bay. There will be a card machine outside of the branch.
If the items are handball, they will be left outside your vehicle and you will need to load them yourself.
If the items are bulk, please make the load area clear and get back into your vehicle and await load.
- If you show up to the branch unannounced you will be turned away.
- If you are unable to load items yourself, please state before arriving at the branch.
- Please ensure items are correct before confirming your order.
- If items need exchanging or returning, this will need to be booked out as a separate event.
- We will check that your vehicle is suitable for the goods prior to collection.

Tippers will be open for deliveries ONLY from Monday. We will be temporarily closing for ALL collections from 5pm today Fri 27th March. Please do not visit our branches.
Our Haymills (Birmingham) branch will be closed completely to comply with safe working. All other branches will fulfil the delivery commitments we have next week and will continue to undertake any essential trade deliveries only for account customers. We are reducing working hours to Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4pm. We continue to be open for manufacturer deliveries.

We are restricting the number of vans in the yards across branches, this will be monitored and controlled by staff.
We are servicing only trade essential purchases. No public or retail.
Preferably, all payments will be by account or card.
